With over 20 years industry experience, my career has spanned working in multiple industries (banking, health, insurance, energy, government and telco) and on all types of change, including: digital transformation, regulatory, ways of working, op model & org structure and M&A to name a few.

I am a genuine multi-disciplined professional, having also worked as a business analyst, product owner and in a variety of OD and learning roles as well as change manager and change practice leader.

When I am not thinking about ways to enable change, I have my nose in a book, my feet tramping somewhere in nature or dreaming about places to travel.
